Flavio Fusetti was our guide for our trip and showed us around Milan. His family treated us to a great lunch on Sunday and we visited Flavio’s horse and some other horse farms in the area.

On Monday we headed for the Piedmont Wine region to go wine tasting. It’s the only place in the world where the Barolo and Barbaresco wines come from. We took a private tour and also were treated to chocolate, cheese and truffles. This area is famous for all these culinary treats. Bob and I had a wonderful time getting a little tipsy on the wine tasting tour.
