They can adapt to living in an apartment as long as they are given adequate exercise. They are not the best breed for a novice owner.

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN AN OWNER?

Ideally the Bracco is a hunting dog and will be most happy with an individual or family that hunts with them. We also look for individuals or families who will be able to dedicate the time and effort required for proper training and disciplining. Like any breed, the Bracco needs rules and boundaries to be a good companion. Most important the Bracco needs a gentle loving home.
